Frequently Asked Questions

When is the registration deadline?
We are currently accepting registrations on a rolling basis. Students who enroll after all the spots have been filled in their grade will be placed on a waitlist. As soon as you register, you must turn in your registration documents asap in order to officially save your seat at our school. 

Do you charge tuition? 

No. Third Future Schools is a network of free, public charter schools. 

 

When is the first day of school?
The first day of school for the 2020-2021 school year is Wednesday, 5 August 2020. 

Which grades do you serve? 

For the 2020-2021 school year, our schools will serve the following grades:

  • The Academy of Advanced Learning:  K-8

  • Coperni 2:  K-7

  • Coperni 3:  K-7

 

How old must a child be to enter Kindergarten?
Students must be 5 years old by October 1, 2020.

 

Do you offer before and after care services?
Yes. Our schools offer free before and after care services. Hours are from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Instruction will begin at 8:00 a.m., but students are welcome to come early to read, study, or use a computer. Should a parent need to drop their child off as early as 6:30 a.m. (in order to get to work on time, for example), our doors will be open at that time.

Do the schools have a dress code?
Yes. Students are expected to be dressed neatly, well-groomed and have a general good appearance. Read our Dress Code policy.
