Dress Code

The purpose of the AAL dress code is to create a professional, safe, and respectful community where students can place their sole focus on learning.

Parent and Staff Responsibilities
Parents have the responsibility to ensure their children arrive at school in the proper uniform.  The Academy of Advanced Learning will help purchase uniforms of students whose parents can demonstrate critical financial need.

Dress Code Policy
Students are expected to be dressed neatly, well-groomed and have a general good appearance.  Approved dress code clothing needs to be of appropriate size/fit, with no holes, in good repair and must be worn as intended by the policy.

  • Shirts – must be polo-style in navy blue or light blue and embroidered with the Academy's logo

  • Pants and Shorts – must be tan, black or navy blue

  • Girls may wear capris, skirts, jumpers or polo-style dresses

  • Shoes must be closed-toed

Read the AAL Dress Code Policy for a complete list of expectations.
